DROP- IN SESSION ($40)

Drop in sessions are private 1-on-1 sessions that last 45-60 min, with your trainer. During a drop-in your trainer will get your weight, measurements, and take you through a series of exercises based on your goals. ( Drop-ins must be scheduled within 7 days of purchase)(no refunds).

8 SESSION PACKAGE ($250)

With the 8 session personal training package you will have 8 (45-60min)1-on-1 sessions with your trainer, geared towards clients goal. With this package the client will receive a 30 day ab guide, 1 week meal guide, grocery list, and list or restrictions. (All sessions are to be used and scheduled within a 6 week time frame)( no refunds).
